Job Description :
Duties:
- Responsible for payroll processing (include employment contract, month end payroll report, pay slips etc)
- Prepare filing of IR salary tax returns
- Perform general accounting work
- Prepare general office administration duties
- Keep complete and update staff / payroll filing records and assist in ad hoc assignments
- Requirements:
- Diploma In accountancy or similar background is preferable
- Good numeric sense and detail-minded with high accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in EXCEL and MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
- Min 2-year relevant experience in handle payroll and MPF (especially on construction industry)
