Job Details:

• Coffee development, assist for coffee product formulation changes 
• New coffee material testing ; Coffee menu enhancement
• Coffee training material preparation and provide training to internal and external parties 
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Food Engineering or related discipline 
• Licensed Q Grader, authorized SCA trainers or equivalent professional qualifications  
• Over 10 years exp in food industry, of which over 5 years in coffee is highly preferable
• Good understanding of coffee production processes
