Duties:

  • Monitor team's performance and provide coaching timely
  • Build up the customer base
  • Responsible for budgeting and store-specific marketing
  • Work closely with Area Manager to adopt the guidelines to local market
  • Requirements:
  • 5 years experience in beauty industry with 2 years in retail management
  • Passionate in beauty industry
  • Good interpersonal skills and leading skills
  • Good language proficiency in Mandarin and English
