Required an experienced Instrument Supervisor in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Develops job plans, develops material packages, purchases necessary material, and oversees the execution of the job plan.
•  Develops personnel through coaching, feedback, and unit assignments.
•  Actively participates in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and process issues.
•  Provides recognition and feedback to employees while acting as a coach and counselor.
•  Monitors and replenishes I/E Material inventory and tracks stock usage.
•  Coordinates activities with support groups ensuring the effective operability of company assets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Strong knowledge in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
