Details:
Drive business change and manage financing strategies, work closely to maintain and build banking relationships In charge of managing relationships with HKEX, external auditors and advisors
Formulate business strategies and drive business growth in newly expanding business units
Work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure strategic plans are executed
Requirements:
Degree Holder or Above in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies
Qualified Accountant with over 15 years of working experience.
At least 10 years in supervisory or management position
Sound knowledge of listing rules, reporting standards and ability to maintain relationship with external stakeholders
