Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Office Secretary in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Writing reports, briefing papers and making presentations.
  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post.
  • Producing board meeting papers, agendas, and facilities for meetings.
  • Raising purchase request, expense claims and arranging invoices.
  •  Follow up maintenance , after sales service , purchases , Purchase & sales documents etc with related departments & customers. 

Job Requirements:

  •  Knowledge about Office Administration.
  • Graduate holder.
  •  Experience in drafting and documentation works.
  • Minimum one year experience.
