Job Description :

Duties:

• Provide HR Advisory Function to business leader and Operation Managers including but not limited to Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance
• Support line management to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
• Maintain manpower planning and control to ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
• 6 years of HR related experience required
• Fluent in English and Cantonese required
• English Grade C & Chinese Grade C preferred
