• Dispute resolution.
• Identifying and assisting with program procedures.
•  Provide world class support for customers and merchants via email and phone.
• Take ownership of each situation from beginning to end.
• Promote meaningful relationships to drive high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Job Requirements:

• One year experience in relevant indistry.
• Diploma holder.
• Customer handling skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
