Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervising routine repair and maintenance works related to maintenance alteration and improvement of properties
• Co-ordinate with tenants / contractors to follow up repair and maintenance work
• Handle general clerical works such as preparing tender documents, data-entry and record keeping 
• Job Requirements:
• Higher Diploma in Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• Min 1 year's practical working experience in builder works / building service
• Spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
