Job Details:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by serving the BabyNes precision nutrition system
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional way
  • Assist the daily operation of the shop / counter
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customer
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related discipline is preferable
  • 1 year of experience in customer service / sales is preferred
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, good communication & interpersonal skills
