Looking for experienced HR Coordinator in Canada.

Job Details:

  •  Manages a high volume of open requisitions at any given time.
  •  Recommends candidates to business line management based on analysis of department's needs and the candidate's skills.
  •  Conducts candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience.
  •  Proactively develops and maintains candidate profiles for current and future positions.
  •  Influences industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.

Job Requirements:

  •  Have professional HR experience and a BS/BA degree or equivalent;
  •  Are impeccably organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  •  Have a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability (you take the initiative to make things happen);
  •  Are able to maintain professionalism, including the ability to make a good first impression and demonstrate respectful, friendly and welcoming behavior;
