A leading company looking for an experienced Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinate treatment with physician and other staff members to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in a treatment   program and integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of the patient's health care.
•  Maintains patient records.
•  Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
•  Devises special tools and treatment for the specific needs of patients.
•  Document patient care in accordance with RehabCare, regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
•  Conducts home assessments as appropriate to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Physical Therapy Education.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge in Patients care.
• Be smart and good working.
