Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Develop templates, documents, and guides for recruiting, interviewers and hiring managers.
  •  Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  •  Manage optimization and our partnerships with recruiting technology and tool vendors.
  •  Provides orientation to new employees regarding staffing policies and procedures, including the computerized scheduling system.    
  •  Provide project sourcing support using our technology to our recruiters.
  •  Maintain employee records and files.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 6 years experience.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
