Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
• Create and run referral bonus programs.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360°evaluations).
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Job Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Solid communication skills.
• Five year experience in same field.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation.
