Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Documents procedures as required, tracks and monitors all calls to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conducts follow-up calls to customers when necessary.
  • Perform installations and changes to user's workstations and assign requests to another technical staff member as needed.
  • Review and validate requests for client information (RFIs) received from the Transaction Monitoring / Screening Functions in order to process Risk Events.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers, FCC Teams and other internal teams (CDD, etc.) in order to obtain client information.
  • Review and adhere to the follow up protocol to ensure timely responses are obtained.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
