A leading Company Looking for an experienced Front Office Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Managing admin activities.
  • Attendance management.
  • Register and monitor administrative complaint.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  • Only Female can apply.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
