Required General Manger In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Determine ways to advertise and get leads on potential moves.
•  Make any personnel decisions as necessary including hiring or recruitment, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary reports.
•  Authorize invoices for payment and transmit invoices to the corporate office.
•  Report any significant issues to the Regional Vice President for further action as needed.
•  Coordinate with the sales staff to ensure that what was promised is delivered.
•  Maintain good customer relations with contractors and suppliers; make occasional visits to worksites to introduce products and services.

Job Requirements:

• At least 15 – 20 years’ experience.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering background.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
