Job Details:

• Manage food, supply, and labor costs.
• Place food orders, update pars, update systems to streamline operations.
• Monitor safe equipment operation and maintenance.
• Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.

Job Requirements:
