Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Reviewing the prices submitted by vendors and ensuring control on free issue material quantity, indenting the same timely in coordination with site team.
• Preliminary verification of the documentation of all QS related works done by the vendors, reviewing the quantities by comparing with the GFC drawings and   record any discrepancy.
• Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
• Responsible for On - going cost analysis for the new or re - work of the project.
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
