Job Details:

•  Monitor safe equipment operation and maintenance.
•  Coordinate inventory and ordering.
•  Responsible for production according to recipes/directions.
•  Maintain facilities and cleanliness standards.
•  Develops, cooks, manages breakfast, lunch, and dinner for employees.
•  Maintain a clean workspace and enforce cross-contamination prevention best practices.
