Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Executive Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Improves menu quality and consistency by analyzing food production records and menu expenses; standardizing production recipes; promoting kitchen staff         interest in quality improvement; studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
• Prepares menu and food preparation reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing food, dining, and customer data and trends.
• Identify an effective approach to succession planning.
• Create menus that meet and exceed customers' needs and conform to brand standards.
• Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets.
• Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team Members.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Presentation Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Be a passionate and well skilled in the relevant field.
