Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Verification of measurements of completed work.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Reporting all the activities to the GM.
• Do rate analysis for non-standard items.
• Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at site.
• Prepare BoM for to facilitate the release of POs to LCs/SCs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
