Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently required Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for REMEASURABLE / UNIT RATE CONTRACTS.
•  Prepare and manage Resource Budget (Manpower & Equipment).
•  Generate BOQ for execution/tender as per site conditions and drawings.
•  Co-ordinate and ensure evaluation of materials specifications and technical submittals, quantities and the procurement schedule are in compliance with contract requirement.
•  Preparation of BoM and raising PO.
•  Preliminary verification of the documentation of all QS related works done by the vendors, reviewing the quantities by comparing with the GFC drawings and record any   discrepancy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Management and presentable.
