Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Rooms Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Conducts pre-arrival calls based on management request.
•  Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
•  To be familiar with the Reservations departments policies and procedures.
•  Answering calls of reservation inquiries in a professional manner.
•  Providing callers information on services offered, types of rooms, and food served, etc.
•  Assisting front desk by checking guests in and out during peak arrival/departure hours.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent customer service and coordination skills.
