Job Details:

•  Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
•  Minimizes kitchen waste and breakage.
•  Standardize recipes and presentations.
•  Maintains adherence to all product quality, consistency, presentation, portioning, garnishment, and utilization goals.
•  Assist in the development of menu items.
•  Organizes, supervises, and ensures safe, efficient, and sanitary production of all menu items

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
