Job Description :

Urgently wanted an experienced Duty Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the shift.
•  Prepares reports, investigates, response to questions and provides documentation.
•  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's EEOC and Anti-Harassment and Discrimination policies; including interviewing, and training   employees; planning, assigning and directing work; and appraising performance.
•  Review operational reports with Ops Managers to identify concerns.
•  Maintain open and constant communication with Ops Managers.
•  Manages supervisors and employees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
•  Previous experience managing people preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Managerial skills.
