Mep Estimator Required

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced MEP Estimator in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Review pre-bid documentation (plans, specifications, addendums, instructions to bidders, proposal requirements, and other bid documents).
• Creates bid files on cloud based, bid tracking software and updates files on a regular basis.
• Prepares assigned estimates and reviews with the team for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to the client.
• Procure best pricing for subcontractors and vendors and reviews quotes for accuracy and compliance with bid documents.
• Develop detailed budgets and/or estimates.
• Directly works with other estimators on assigned projects to verify their takeoffs for accuracy.
• Prepares final bid summary and scope sheet prior to bid review meeting.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree holder.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English.
