A leading Company Looking for an experienced Department Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure that business strategies are implemented in the assigned store to increase business in the store.
• Manage and execute product promotion, Exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage Dump and Shrink in the store.
• Ensure like to like growth for the store.
• Calculate, manage and monitor the KPIs and use the insights for the growth of the store.
• Ensure profitability for the store by effective cost management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
