Job Description :

Urgently wanted an experienced HR Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assists in the creation of HR presentations and documents.
•  Maintain professional knowledge, staying informed of current, new or emerging trends and/or laws by attending educational workshops and/or webinars; reviewing professional   publications; participating in professional networks and organizations.
•  Responds to verification of employment requests appropriately and according to company policy.
•  Monitor and process weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting from all HR systems.
•  Prepare and maintain regular HR analytics for reporting purposes, including HR dashboards and compensation metrics.
•  Provide guidance when applicable policy documents require interpretation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Must have previous experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
