Job Description :

Urgently required Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Coordinates the dispatching, in-service monitoring, and turn-in activities involved in daily transit operations.  Acts as back up member of Dispatch or Scheduling team.
•  Provide manufacturing support to engineering.
•  Develops manpower requirements for Dispatchers, Operators, and assists with evaluating trip patterns for run structure revisions.
•  Assures compliance with client internal controls, audit requirements and service agreement requirements.
•  Recommends and disciplines operations personnel.  Interviews necessary drivers and staff and completes customer complaint investigations. 
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive growth and scale the business.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor degree in business / Accounting.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
