Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Serving as a steward for the HR program entities of administration, the Department of Interior, and the Office personnel Management.
•  Maintain vendor relationships.
•  Directing a comprehensive HR management program for professional, administrative, technical, clerical, and wage positions, which often represent critical hiring needs to   meetDOIs mission in a geographically dispersed environment.
•  Leading a staff of Specialists and Assistants, making final technical decisions on work problems and products.
•  Performing a full range of program management operations for the branch, including program evaluation, program planning, budgeting.

Job Requirements:

• MBA graduate.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
•  Experience in Labor and Immigration work.
