Required Estimator In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Estimator in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and review material take-offs from planning documents or engineering drawings.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractor and vendor community.
• Prepare detailed breakdown of components and elements of estimates for systems and subsystems.
•  Assist with the final assembly of the estimate for presentation to Owner.
•  Take and analyze bids on bid day to ensure complete scopes
•  Assist Preconstruction Director with quantity take-off, pricing, and bidding of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Commercial project experience.
•  Knowledge of estimating software.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
