Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepares and coordinates daily dinners from standardized recipes.
•  Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
•  Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
•  Ensure the entire menu is available for service every day.
•  Ensure staff maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma.
•  Outstanding communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
