Required Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently wanted an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparing/Reviewing DPRs and MPRs of the project and submitting the same to HO.
•  Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further prepare a detailed budget for the same.
•  Preparing reconciliation of major materials consumed for overall Project.
•  Co-ordinate and ensure evaluation of materials specifications and technical submittals, quantities and the procurement schedule are in compliance with contract requirement.
•  Checking and reporting Consumption of Materials on a project to HO.
•  Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and own the negotiations with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in the English language.
