Hiring experienced Property Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage subcontracted custodians.
•  Review and approve property payables to ensure accuracy.
•  Manage operating goals and objectives as related to the duties and responsibilities of this role.
•  Prepare and present annual operating budgets for assigned properties.
•  Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Experience with property management software.
