Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Schedule interviews, ensure completion of onboarding requirements – documents, background check, drug screen, recruiter, candidate and hiring manager communication.   
  •  Coordinate various activities related to the processing of payroll including submitting hours for approval to HR Manager and PEO for processing.
  •  Handle onboarding paperwork for new physicians according to the checklist.
  •  Connecting with candidates within 48 hours of a request from a recruiter.  
  •  Prepare new hire packets, welcome bags, and set up a conference room for orientations.
  •  Maintain Paid Time Off accrual data.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Excellent English & computer skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Good communication skills.
