Required General Manger In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Make any personnel decisions as necessary including hiring or recruitment, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary reports.
•  Maintain accurate inventory of all property, real and personal equipment.
•  Report any significant issues to the Regional Vice President for further action as needed.
•  Make recommendations to the Board as needed to implement necessary functions.
•  Prepare for and attend regular and annual Board meetings.
•  Maintains budgets and cost controls with regard to food, beverage and labor goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum  5 years of experience. 
• Excellent Mechanical Engineering background.
•  Qatar driving license holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
