Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Food Service Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Conducts in-services and on-the-job training for department employees as directed.
• Participates in policy and procedure recommendation meetings and the implementation and maintenance of the policies.
• Assists with developing good work leaders to the level where they can cover any position.
• Learns and trains in other supervisory positions for vacations, sickness and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Directs sanitation duties of the department staff to include all equipment, floors and service items.
• Maintains food standards in quality served, portions served and service attitudes while checking the tray line and main dining room service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Smart and presentable.
