Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensures all catering services exceed guest expectations and profitability.
•  Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
•  Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
•  Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
•  Assist in leading culinary team during Disaster Relief contracts as necessary.
•  Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Applies advanced cooking skills.
• Be a passionate and well skilled in the relevant field.
