Required Store Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Store Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Delivering exceptional customer service and passion to grow sales and control costs.
•  Monitor the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety. Largely responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of   the back shop, such as ensuring that the service staff complete CVIs and proper service repairs.
•  Understanding and developing a financial strategy for a retail store.
•  Maintain responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct and indirect reports in compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, safety, and   environmental codes, and laws.
•  Manage and ensure accurate daily bank deposits and store compliance with banking policy.
•  Develop and manage customer service strategies to deliver an A+ customer experience by ensuring active floor management at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
•  Problem-solving and decision making.
• EXcellent managerial skills.
