Required Facility Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Facility Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinating building contractors.
• Negotiating bids and contracts for third party workers.
• Ensuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations and compliance programs.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate the operations of commercial, transportation and recreational facilities Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize   costs.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects to modify.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Excellent analytical  skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
