Wanted experienced HR Assistant Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Proactively provide HR team with support as needed on key initiatives.
  •  This role requires the completion of other duties as assigned.
  •  Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts (kaizen).
  •  Oversee the development, administration, and improvement of benefits, the payroll function, and talent acquisition.
  •  Conduct regular audit of all team members and providing constructive feedback.
  •  Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  •  Assist with performance management procedures.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelors degree.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
