Looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  
•  Monitor cost of labor, inventory and materials to ensure cost control and asset utilization are implemented.
• Performs efficiency testing that meets or exceeds company expectations of required testing.
• Required to attend and assist in derailments which includes the oversight of the re-railing process, participating in the root cause analysis and damage estimates to ensure all    appropriate reports are created.
• Monitors reports to ensure timely repair of bad orders.
•  Manages the day-to-day operation of assigned shop or territory and responsible for leading assigned unionized staff to ensure maintenance and repair work on rail cars is   performed safely and efficiently.
• Builds, maintains and motivates an effective team.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• One year experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Technical skills.
