Looking for an experienced Procurement Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
•  Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
•  Ensures uniformity of standards is maintained by procurement staff, companywide.
•  Leads and manages closeout of the procurement files, with the support of accounting and program staff.
•  Assists in all inspections and reviews conducted by contracting officials.
•  Provides support to the Business Development proposal efforts.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree.
• Two years experience in same field. 
•  Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
•  Good communication and organizational skills.
