Job Description :

Wanted an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
•  Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
•  Create and monitor annual human resources operating a budget.
•  Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
•  Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree required.
•  Minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in HR/Admin and General Services.
• Good communication skills.
