Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Administer all guest complain and resolve all issues appropriately and within time limit.
•  Maintain attendance for all employees and ensure conduct of same on regular basis.
•  Determine and ensure compliance to all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.
•  Administer check in of all guests and maintain record of all special requests at time of arrival.
•  To greet and welcome the guests who are checking in, arrange for the collection and storage of their luggage.
•  To keep a track of the current hotel accommodations and ensure that the hotel registration procedures are carried out appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Proficient computer skills.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service minded.
