Required Property Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Property Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Review and approve property payables to ensure accuracy.
• With owner direction/approval, review all contractual documents and expenditures.   
• Review monthly operating statements and prepare variance reports.
• Enforcing the policies, procedures and confronting the violators.
• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports MIS.
• Preparing MOM of the meeting. Following up and getting them closed. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Highly motivated person.
