Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Present health plans to eligible referral sources.
•  Maintain up-to-date procedures and year-end training materials.
•  Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services, and promotions.
•  Upselling products and/or services to the customer.
•  Assist with inbound service calls when needed.
•  Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• EXcellent customer service attitude -skills.
