Job Details:

•  Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen
•  Ensures execution and consistency of high food quality and recipe adherence standards.
•  Assist in hiring, scheduling, training and career development of others within the kitchen team.
•  Reviewing and evaluating all kitchen Team Members.
•  Responsible for kitchen cost control and administration.
•  Develop menus and item pricing.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Excellent knowledge of Cooking.
