•  Managing project scope, budget and timeline.
• Creating, reviewing and managing project deliverables.
• Identifing risks and developing plans to mitigate the risks.
• Act as main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions and concerns.
• Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.
• Recruit and lead team to meet organizational growth plan and client's business goals.
